This workshop series will cover the history and fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. This powerful approach focuses on a specialized sequencing of postures and breathing techniques. The 1st 3 sessions we'll break down postures and practice vinyasas, working up to the 4th where we will pull it all together and move through the entire Primary Series. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions & will receive a full color Primary Series poster (100 poses), but individual sessions are available if desired
